Now DFF offers you new Soft Touch ... a better alternative to conventional bathing fixtures. Soft Touch cushioned bath fixtures are designed with built-in performance features to benefit not only the user, but the staff as well.

Absorbs Shock.
Resilient Ensolite® is designed to absorb shock and impact while reducing the chance of injury due to the uncontrolled movements of severly physically challenged bathers. Ensolite® is the same soft, flexible material now being used in protective gear like football helmets, bruise pads, and gym mats. Anti-skid, vinyl surface assures bather confidence when getting into and out of the bathtub.

Warm to the Touch.
Unlike metal, porcelain or other thermal conductors, the insulating properties of Ensolite® prevent these cushioned bath inserts from feeling cold. The combination of remaing relatively at room temperature and the softness of the insert help acclimate the user quickly to the bathing environment.

Cleanliness Tested.
Bacteria studies conducted on both the the Soft Touch cushioned bathing slab (table) and porcelain slab assessed the cleanliness of the slabs both before and after being cleaned. Results from these tests showed the Soft Touch cushioned bathing slab (table) to have no more bacteria colonies than its porcelain counterpart.
